Yellow Brick Road

This is the first quilt I finished. The pattern in yellow brick road and I made it for my niece Abby (Heidi's daughter). Chad helped me tie the quilt with embroidery thread. I think it turned out really cute. I hope she enjoys it for a long time.

I also made this rag quilt for Abby. Heidi bought the fabric and I put it all together.

Chad makes a good model doesn't he.

Beautiful. I'm with Helen, I need to try it again. My grandson, Greg, got a quilt from "Project Linus" when he had to spend a few days at Johns Hopkins and it was very comforting to him.

Abby LOVES her quilts. She actually has both of them in her crib right now! They are both so beautiful - she'll have them forever. Maybe we should do a quilt in NC this summer..... hum...
