Applesauce

Rebecca has been begging me to make applesauce with her. She really likes Syd the Science Kid and they make applesauce in one of its episodes.

Peeling the apples.
Don't eat to many.
Mash! Mash! Mash! Mash! Mash!
Happy Dance afterwards.
Rebecca had a lot of fun. I didn't take a very long time. We had a wonderful dessert for Family Home Evening.
Applesauce
6 cups apples-peeled, cored and chopped
3/4 cup water
1/8 t ground cinnamon
1/8 t ground gloves
1/2 cup white sugar
In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine apples, water, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sugar, and simmer 5 more minutes.

You just won the award for Mother of the Year. That looks very tedious, what a fun activity for kids. Maybe one of these days I will get ambitious.
